nordkorea2 slBread and soya milk for starving children

The food supply in North Korea is desperate. The drained soil hardly yields anything and there are no fertilizers. More than six million people are suffering from hunger.

Children suffer the most
Children suffer the most. A third of them is undernourished. The dramatic hunger situation is reflected in their faces. »Their hunger brings them to chew on tree bark«, reports the AVC project leader shaken. Thanks to an owned bakery and soya milk factory AVC can feed 7,500 children on six days a week with a nutritious roll and a cup of soya milk. Another 1,500 receive soya milk. In order to facilitate better harvests we built a fertilizer factory.
